The Midterm season is fast approaching and a lot of us would be burning midnight candles for it. Know that you are allowed to celebrate your efforts, your small wins, and even the lessons you had to learn until this point.

Sometimes we're too fixated on achieving our goals, on living up to the expectations of others, on getting past a specific date or circumstance. It becomes so easy to get caught up in the bustle of the everyday, that we don't recognize how much has changed for the better. Have you asked yourself what keeps you going?

It might not seem like it at first glance, but the fact that you're still here; you're getting by despite these thoughts, it shows that you are doing enough. It's okay to slow down. You are allowed to feel all the complexity that comes from being human. Proud of you for holding on and remaining hopeful. 🤗

October 10 is celebrated as the World Mental Health day. 🧠

As a student, the struggle with academic validation seems to be an uphill battle. Attending classes, taking quizzes, and even maintaining your focus in the discussion could be draining. However, there's a different gratification when you that what you are learning about will not only help you, but also those who will need your specialization someday. Don't forget to take care of yourself while reaching for your dreams. Remember, you are the one capable of turning them into reality.

We hope that you will have a gentle day ahead of you. May it be one that inspires you enough to get your backlogs done, may it be one that renews your strength. Regardless, know that every effort you pour into your studies is commendable. 🤗💙
