Kapag may ads na "Build now Pay later" Hindi po ibig sabihin eh aabonohan ng Contractor yung buong gastos ng bahay nyo tapos huhulugan nyo na lang sa kanila ng ilan taon. WALA PONG GANON. NEGOSYO po yan hindi CHARITY sweepstakes.

Dadaan padin yan sa Bank or Pagibig. Tutulungan kayo sa mga requirements na kailangan isubmit.
Kailangan nyo mag qualify ng Loan sa Bank. At sa Bank din kayo maghuhulog kapag na approve kayo. Si Contractor fully paid padin yan dahil nga nakapag Loan kayo kahit pa sinasabi yang Build now pay Later. Kadalasan sa kanila na po diretso naka pangalan ang mga Cheke na irerelelease ng Bank. Maari nyo din isangla ang Lote nyo at kaluluwa para ma approve sa mga ganyan schemes. 😊

TANDAAN! Dun lang po kayo sa abot ng inyong makakaya. Ok lang po mangarap ng engrande pero dun po kayo lagi sa Realistic. Huwag magpabaon masyado sa utang. 😘
