ایک دن ایک معروف کمپنی کا ایک ملازم اپنے دفتر پہنچا تو اسکی نگاہ دفتر کے گیٹ پر لگے ہوئے ایک نوٹس پر پڑی جس پر لکھا تھا۔
جو شخص کمپنی میں آپ کی ترقی اور بہتری میں رکاوٹ تھا۔ کل رات اسکا انتقال ہوگیا آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ اس کی آخری رسومات اور جنازے کے لیے کانفرنس ہال میں تشریف لے آئیں جہاں پر اسکی میت رکھی ہوئی ہے۔
یہ پڑھتے ہی وہ اداس ہوگیا کہ اسکا کوئی ساتھی ہمیشہ کے لیے اس سے جدا ہوگیا لیکن چند لمحوں بعد اس پر تجسس غالب آ گیا کہ آخروہ شخص کون تھا جو اسکی ترقی کی راہ میں رکاوٹ تھا اس تجسس کو ساتھ لیے وہ جلدی سے کانفرس ہال میں پہنچا تو وہاں اس کے دفتر کے باقی سارے ساتھی بھی اسی نوٹس کو پڑھ کر آئے ہوئے تھے اور سب حیران تھے کہ آخر یہ شخص کون تھا۔
کانفرس ہال کے باہر میت کو دیکھنے کے لیے لوگوں کا اس قدر ہجوم ہوگیا کہ سکیورٹی گارڈ کو یہ حکم جاری کرنا پڑا کہ سب لوگ ایک ایک کرکے اندر جائیں اور میت کا چہرہ دیکھ لیں۔
سب ملازمین ایک ایک کرکے اندر جانے لگے جو بھی اندر جاتا اور میت کے چہرے سے کفن ہٹا کر اس کا چہرہ دیکھتا تو ایک لمحے کی لیے حیرت زدہ اور گنگ ہو کر رہ جاتا اور اسکی زبان گویا تالو سے چپک جاتی یوں لگتا کہ گویا کسی نے اسکے دل پر گہری ضرب لگائی ہو۔
اپنی باری آنے پر وہ شخص بھی اندر گیا اور میت کے چہرے سے کپڑا ہٹا کر دیکھا تو اس کا حال بھی دوسروں جیسا ہی ہوا
کفن کے اندر ایک بڑا سا آئینہ رکھا ہوا ہے اور اسکے ایک کونے پر لکھا تھا۔
دنیا میں ایک ہی شخص ہے جو آپ کی صلاحتیوں کو محدود کرکے آپ کی ترقی میں رکاوٹ بن سکتا ہے اور وہ آپ خود ہیں۔
یاد رکھیۓ آپ کی زندگی میں تبدیلی آپ کی کمپنی تبدیل ہونے سے آپ کا باس تبدیل ہونے سے آپ کے دوست احباب تبدیل ہونے سے نہیں آتی۔
آپ کی زندگی میں تبدیلی تب آتی ہے جب آپ اپنی صلاحیتوں پر اعتبار کرنا شروع کر دیتے ہیں ، ناممکن کو ممکن اور مشکلات کو چیلنج سمجھتے ہیں اپنا تجزیہ کریں ۔ اپنے آپ کو آزمائیں ۔ مشکلات ، نقصانات اور نا ممکنات سے گھبرانا چھوڑ دیں اور ایک فاتح کی طرح جیئیں.
