From installation of the imported Moroccan stone tiles to on-site welding of structural steels, and the underfloor heating haven been laid, Colares Project 2 is making impressive progress.

With some subtle touches such as sanding and oiling of all floors, fresh paint throughout and small repairs to fixtures and fittings, our team was able to give this apartment a breath of new life in under two weeks. 🏡🛠✨️

Our T2 apartment renovation project, in the heart of Setubal, met unplanned obstacles. Yet, with adaptability and innovative solutions, the final phase is underway and making impressive progress.

Phase one of one of our Colares based renovation project is complete! This phase saw us execute a partial renovation consisting of the installation of a new bathroom (which will remain) and temporary but functional kitchen so that the clients can now reside in the property as we await the licencing for phase 2 to commence.
