If you give love, you automatically receive love. If you teach, you automatically learn from what you teach. If you heal someone, you heal yourself. And so on. The field of duality is such that whatever we project outwardly is simultaneously projected inwardly, and whatever we suppress inside becomes suppressed outside. Being masters of our own destiny, it is completely our choice at every moment as to what we want to project. Will it be fear or love? Fear allows us to create the illusion of separation and all the conflict and suffering that comes along with it. Love takes us into the realm of oneness and allows us to create a world of unity and harmony. They are both the legs of progress. And (although unconsciously) we all have chosen both of them in order to experience every kind of duality expression. And at the end we will be victorious, for we will have become the masters of both the dark and the light, the above and the below, the near and the far.

Reiki Treatments
I am a trained Level 2 Reiki Healer under the Usui System of Natural Healing. I was taught the traditional form of Reiki including many techniques passed down from Dr. Usui and can trace my lineage back to him. I provide healing in a safe, non judgement and relaxing environment. I believe my training in Reiki, Yoga as well as having my honours degree in counselling are all extremely beneficial to working with Reiki as I can provide a place where people can honestly express their feelings and feel at ease.
Reiki assists in relieving or reducing pain by balancing the body’s energy centres (the chakras). It is a natural process that supports relaxation and healing by removing blocks to the flow of energy in your body and facilitates balance and support on all levels. After treatment, the person feels much more grounded, calm and relaxed after a session. Reiki helps us reconnect with our heart, our true center, realigning us with our Higher Self. In addition, I can also give you tools to take with you using my yoga background to supply you with breathing techniques, and yoga poses to help with both physical and emotional aspects for your personal healing.
