Returns account for 15.8% of orders, amounting to about PLN 2.3 billion. This creates a big challenge for companies trying to re-market these products.

The idea to start Postis appeared in 2016, when we, as clients, experienced significant challenges with the only carrier services provider we’ve been working with at that time. As Bill Gates stated multiple times, I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it. In our case, it wasn’t about laziness, but the foundation was the same.
