I often get this question: what is self esteem? I believe self esteem is the ability to see ourselves as flawed individuals and still hold ourselves in high regard. It’s anything, but perfection.
I do this exercise with all my clients: if you could say to the persons in your life, instead of telling them how great and awesome you are, you could tell them one little flaw that you struggle with, we'd all make the world a more humble place.

I want to share my view on women empowerment movement that is happening all around the world now.
Men have always had the power. Its deeply rooted in our collective mind that men rule the world, they make the rules everybody else has to follow. When a boy was borned it was considered to be a fortune, when a girl was born it was a misfortune. My own father wanted me to be a boy🙂. Men had the power but they didn t have the love too and power without love is reckelss and abusive.
Women, on the other hand, have been tought to love, to forgive, to obey... But also that they are weak, powerless and helpless. They had been slaves for many years, diminished, humiliated by any organised structure like family, church, society in general.
What is hapening now is that women are taking their power back and a lot of men feel threatened and insecure as a result of that. They feel under attack. You know what they say, The best defense is a good offense🙂
My message to women is this: its absolulty safe to take our power back, but lets keep the love while doing it or even better, multiply it.
My message for men is this: make peace with the fact that women are taking their power back, it's happening already, but also learn that power and love can go together. And men are capable of tremendous unconditional love too❤️.

Don't believe everything you think
Of 50 000-70 000 thoughts a day, up to 95% are the same thoughts as the day before. About 80% of these habitual thoughts are negative. The brain is hardwired to pay more attention to negative experiences than to positive ones, to be alert to danger (physical and emotional). Because no 1 job of the brain is to ensure survival, not to make you happy. That's your job.

For as long as one can remember I ve always wanted to live a peaceful life. But my life was anything but peaceful. I have been always labeled as being weird, always struggle to fit in with someone or someplace, always wanted to be the same as everybody else, to be accepted by them. I was someone that people would not recognize as one of their own. I was the kid that nobody wanted to play with. I was the kid that was consistenly bullied at school by both children and teachers. And I've never understood why because when I looked in the mirror all I could see was exquisite beauty. I should have been miss popularity🙂
It took me years to understand who I was and that I have chose to be here to help people. To discover themselves, to better understand themselves, to heal themselves. And I have chose to do that out of love. For people. As love truely does heal❤️

A lot of people get frustrated when they hear that the way their life looks like is their own making. You may wonder: Did I create that? How is this possible? Let me explain. Between the ages of 0-6 your mind is in download mode (aka hypnotic suggestible mode), lacking logical reasoning, experiencing the world though sense and action. This is the time when you form beliefs about how life is and how things work in life and install these beliefs in your mind.
Now, are you to blame that some of your experiences as a child were negative? No.
Are you to blame that your parents or the people who raised you didn’t do a great job loving you? No. Or they didn’t know how to meet all of your needs? No.
Are you to blame that you keep repeating the same negative experiences in your life? No.
Are you to blame that you keep creating your future from your past negative feelings and beliefs? No. None of these is your fault. But, it is your responsibility to change those negative feelings and beliefs into new, positive ones. Because you can. Because you have the talent and abilities to change your life. All you have to do is reach out. Ask for help. Help is so available for you. Now, more than ever before. Choose to create the life you have always wanted. Because you can.

In the world we live in, expressing emotion has never really been encouraged. Just have to look at an average parent with a child who has just hurt themselves, they will shut the child up ‘Shhhhh,’ they’ll say as they rub the child’s sore bruise, or even, ‘Stop crying, come on.’
Did your parents display emotion or not? Did you ever see your mum cry or did she say, ‘I’m fine,’ and try to hide it if she was upset? Did your dad hold his emotions in? It’s highly likely. From very early on in our lives, we learn that being emotional is wrong.
Your feelings are the most real thing you have. Your feelings are like a classroom full of children. They are going: “Listen to me, me, me. Acknowledge me!” When you ignore them, they don’t go away, they regroup and get stronger. They come back and say: “Listen to me, listen to me…” If you push them down again, they come back again. Most people push their feeling away with food, alcohol, any kind of addiction. But the feelings come back. Until you allow yourself to articulate it and feel the feeling. Only when the feeling is heard and acknowledged it goes away.

Words shape your reality. Use better words and you'll have a better reality. Every word you use is a blueprint that your mind and body work to make it real. If you consistently tell yourself: "I am not good enough, pretty enough, smart enough", all these words create an emptiness inside that you are tought you can fill it up with food or alcohol. The truth is you can not fix an emotional pain with stuff. You can fix it by starting changing your words. Start telling yourself right now: "I am beautiful, I am enough, I am smart". Your mind will believe it whatever you tell it. And it really is that simple.

Be kind to your mind

The spiritual law of attraction is simple. It teaches that whatever we believe to be true is what we’re going to experience in the world.
Your inner dialogue has a lot to do with your beliefs and how you experience the world. Are the conversations in your mind mostly loving? Or are there loads of fears floating around?
It’s okay to have fears floating around, but it’s also important to know that your natural state - the greatest part of you - is love.
In honouring the natural loving state that is somewhere within you today, you are encouraged to have kind conversations with yourself. How you see and speak to yourself in the mirror has a lot to do with the beliefs that you have. So today, go to your mirror and find out what starts to happen there. Do you start criticizing what you see and who are you? How can you change your inner conversation to be more loving? How can you be kinder to yourself?
Your kindness to yourself is a prayer of kindness to the world. And you’re setting an example for those around you and the generations that will follow.

Be addictions free!

An addiction is an obsessive, uncontrollable and often harmful attachment to an activity, behavior or substance. People can become addicted to all sorts of things and there's help available to identify and work through the underlying causes, to achieve freedom forever.
In other words, an addiction is anything that moves you away from a bad feeling and towards a good feeling. Addictions are habits of action that are run by habits of thought. By changing the thought process, as well as the habit itself, long term success can almost always be achieved.

So here's the third thing about the brain
The mind loves what is familiar and it really doesn't like what is unfamiliar, and if you left to its own devices, it wants to go back and back and back to what is familiar, and it wants to avoid what is unfamiliar. If you want success you have got to make what is familiar unfamiliar and what's unfamiliar, familiar.
Anything will become familiar if you do it long enough. If you take on good habits they become familiar and if you leave behind bad habits they become unfamiliar. Science has proved it with the 10-day phenomenon. If you hate olives and you eat one every day for 10 days, by day 11 your mind says, "Where's my olive?"
So change the words you say to yourself, change the pictures you make in your head, change your thinking and your biology will change, the relationship with yourself and others will change, your entire life will change. For the better.

How the mind really works (II)
The second thing about your mind is that your mind only responds to two things ever, the pictures you make in your head and the words you say to yourself, and there's nothing else.
The great news is you can change them at any time, but your words become your reality.
Let’s imagine that I sit in front of you with a massive needle and shoved it in my arm, there are at least five different images you can make.
1. "Ew, ew, ew, a needle. That looks horrible, that looks painful. I have a fear of needles"
2. "Oh, I'm in so much pain. That needle's going to take away my pain. I really need that pain medication."
3. I’m a body builder, if I inject myself with steroids, I'm going to get really muscle-beefy and win Mr. Universe."
4. "When I put that needle in, I'm injecting myself with an anti-aging serum. I'm going to look 15 years younger. Yeah, I can't wait."
5. "I'm going to get off my head and be off my head all day."
So words form the structure of your reality, and if you want to change your reality, you better change those words. There's a great expression from Aldous Huxley, and it said, "Words form the thread on which we string our experience." And in the Bible it says, "As a man speaketh, so he is." And that's all true. So the way you feel is down to two things.
Words form the thread on which you string our experience. You know that saying "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." That's so not true. Words can really hurt, but words can empower too.

How the mind really works (I)

The mind is the most powerful tool from the entire Universe. But not many people really know to make their minds work for them, not against them. Let me share with you the 3 rules of the mind that everyone should know.
Here's rule number one:
Your mind does exactly what it thinks you want it to do and what it believes is in your very best interest.
If there's anything in your life that you haven't got and you really want, your mind thinks you don’t want it. Your mind will go: "You think you want it, but I know better”.
Let's give an example. You’re eight years old and you're reading out in front of the class. And you're messing some words and everyone laughs at you and you feel really upset and you go bright red and they laugh at you even more. Now your mind is searching, "What's caused this pain?" When I was 8 I was speaking in front of the class, I had all their attention, but they all laughed at me. I'm never, never, never going to do that again; not ever for the rest of my life." And then you forget.
Twenty years later you’re thinking, "I'm going to deliver a presentation in front of my colleagues." And the mind's like, "What are you doing? You're going to speak to a group of people? Don’t you remember that when you were eight, you said, never, never, never, ever again. And now you're about to go on stage? No. I'm going to give you an upset stomach now, and you're not going to go on that stage because you told me you didn't like it." Your mind never forgets. So, you want to do it, but can’t. And then you go: "Oh, my God, I've tried it again and it was even worse. Now I know I'm not meant to ever be in public."
Your mind's job is to keep you alive on the planet and it keeps you alive by searching for whatever caused you pain, and then deciding, "Let's not go there."

The difference between RTT and Hypnosis
One of the most frequently asked questions I got from my clients is all to do with their fear of being hypnotize. Most people have this belief that hypnosis is scary and bad for you. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is not hypnosis, but I use hypnosis as a gateway to help you access your subconscious mind, the vault of your memories & learned behaviors. Hypnosis is amazing; scientists will tell you that under hypnosis your mind is more willing to change. Your mind doesn't care if what you tell it is right or wrong, good or bad, healthy or unhealthy, true of false, it just lets it in. Hypnosis is very good at getting the mind to change all the wrong suggestions you’ve bought and sold to yourself. Hypnosis is used by Olympics, by lots of hospitals and companies because they recognize the value of it, but it’s only a part of RTT. I would say it’s about 25%, there are so many other tools and healing methods I use to help you become aware of the key experiences you had that led you to the belief and pattern that it’s holding you back. I help you understand the root cause of your issue and then eradicate the un-serving belief and instill a new belief of your choosing for the life you choose to create and live for yourself.
Basically RTT is about the 3III
Investigate – find the cause of your issue/block
Interrupt - Stop the program
Install new beliefs and programs by recoding and reprogramming your mind.
Your brain needs to go to what is familiar and keep resisting what is unfamiliar. People, who never had love, resist it. People, who never had money, get rid of it. It sounds bizarre, but our minds are wired to stay with what is familiar because we feel safe. RTT identifies the familiar harmful behavior, interrupts it and replace it with a total new, empowering behavior.
