Spending time in nature has a wide range of benefits on the body and mind, ranging from lower anxiety and depression levels, peace of mind, higher oxygenation to deep connection with nature itself!
I came from the clogged and polluted air, traffic and noise of the capital city and disconnected so much in just a few hours. It felt amazing! Definetly gonna make this a habit.
