Oamenii isi ascund alimentele si mananca pe ascuns aceste cantitati mari de mancare fiind rusinati, nedorindusi sa fie vazuti de ceilalti membrii ai familiei.
Aceasta afectiune nu este la fel de cunoscuta precum anorexia sau bulimia, insa aceasta afectiune este mai frecvent intalnita la adulti.

Minimally processed or natural sugars are better for you?
It’s true that minimally processed sweeteners, like honey or maple syrup, contain more nutrients than highly processed ones, like white sugar. But the amounts of these nutrients are teeny tiny, so they probably won’t have a measurable impact on your health. To your body, all sources of sugar are the same.
What’s more, these natural sweeteners don’t get any kind of special treatment in your body. The digestive tract breaks down all sources of sugar into simple sugars called monosaccharides.
Your body has no idea if it came from table sugar, honey, or agave nectar. It simply sees monosaccharide sugar molecules.
And all of these sugars deliver 4 calories per gram, so they all have the same impact on your weight.
Dietary carbs provide the body's primary energy source, glucose, which fuels everything you do, from breathing to thinking to running.
The main issue with carbs is that they can come from various foods — some good and some bad.
Natural, unprocessed foods provide health-promoting vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals along with carbs. On the other hand, highly processed foods made with refined flour — such as white bread, pasta, crackers, and muffins — typically fall short on these nutrients. Sugary foods, like cookies, cake, candy, and soda, are especially low in nutrients and are often referred to as "empty calories."
