Are you ready to become part of our world of fun and fitness? Classes starting tomorrow!

Come on mommies - give your baby the best advantage plus the chance to chat with other mommies! 🩷

Giving your baby the right exercises will encourage them to transition from independent sitting to a confident crawler!

Why is it important to not skip this crucial step in their development? It's crucial for your baby to learn about bilateral integration, problem solving, concentration, midline crossing, gross motor skills, balance, hand eye co-ordination, depth perception, stability and shoulder strength. All important factors to help them transition into walk, running and playing sports but also preparing them for school tasks.

The handstand skill in the Monkeynastix program is more than just a fun physical activity. It plays a vital role in developing strength, coordination, confidence, focus, and balance in children. These skills are foundational to a child's physical and cognitive development and are learned in a supportive, playful, and non-competitive environment, aligning perfectly with the Monkeynastix philosophy.

Dear ! Please see class times for the new school year! First class will be on 12 September. Ideally we encourage children to participate in the full 2 year cycle to get the best benefit from the program, establishing a strong base to build a strong fundamental skills to set the kids up for success! We will take a 2 month summer vacation. Children will also receive 4 gifts throughout the year and we will have 2 evaluation classes per year in order to note progress and improvement.

2.Pay registration fee (35 Lei) and 1st month (200 Lei)
3.Get a free gift (one of four throughout the year)
4.Classes start 2nd week of September
5.Weekly classes of 30 min learning new skills, developing the body and having fun!

Registrations are now OPEN to join Monkeynastix! Whoohoo! If you want to sign up your little one, please grab a registration brochure from our venue or send me a message. Classes will officially start in the second week of September.

How are you choosing to share love today?

After each class the kids will be rewarded with a sticker, encouraging great behaviour during class, active participation, actively listening to instructions given by our instructors and for saying "Yes, I can do this" instead of "I can't do this" How will you store your collection of stickers? We've decided on recycled bottle caps is a great way to showcase our collection!

On the High bar we teach the kids how to move around something. Focussing on the vestibular and proprioception senses it causes a great overload of endorphins for the kids when they realise how much fun it is to make summersaults here!
