Proiect WISE: În 30 august, la Târgoviște, în colaborare cu Asociația Înapoi la Muncă

A avut loc seminarul de formare pentru femeile antreprenoare împreuna cu formatoarele femei pe două teme importante ale proiectului: cm se dezvoltă mentoratul și cm se construiește mentalitatea antreprenorială. Reperele teoretice au fost un pretext important pentru exercițiile aferente temelor. Mulțumiri deopotrivă femeilor antreprenor și formatoarelor pentru disponibilitate și interes.

Materialele le puteți urmări pe situl proiectului în engleză și în română, începând cu 1 Octombrie. Lucrăm acum la traducerea lor.

WISE Project: On August 30, in Targoviste, in collaboration with the Association Back to Work , the training seminar for women entrepreneurs took place together with the women adult educators on two important themes of the project: how to develop mentoring and how to build an entrepreneurial mindset. The theoretical milestones were an important pretext for the related practical exercises. Thanks to the women entrepreneurs, thanks to the women adult educators for their availability and special interest.

You can follow the materials on the project website in English and Romanian, starting on October 1. We are now working on their translation.

Proiectul WISE - Studiu comparativ privind întreprinderile sociale în economiile UE și rolul femeilor în cadrul acestora

Vă invităm să răsfoiți textul acestui studiu comparativ realizat în 6 țări despre realitățile existente în domeniul economiei sociale, dezvoltare și provocări, rolul femeilor în crearea și dezvoltarea afacerilor în domeniu. Este ceea ce proiectul WISE și-a propus în Pachetul de lucru IO1. Sunt interesante atât asemănările cât și deosebirile.

Proiect ERASMUS + DInSAd: Conferința partenerilor transnaționali - Roma, 28.03.2022

Conferința partenerilor transnaționali ai proiectului DInSAd la ENAIP IS din Roma, în via Angelo Bargoni 8, are loc luni 28 martie 2022.

Evenimentul este organizat de ENAIP și participă partenerii de proiect cu scopul de a analiza principalele rezultate ale proiectului și de a colecta feedback și sugestii ulterioare.

Proiectul a început la 1 octombrie 2019 și se va încheia pe 31 martie 2022.

Proiectul are următoarele obiective:

- consolidarea capacității adulților de a utiliza instrumentele digitale în mod eficient, ca o condiție prealabilă pentru îmbunătățirea vieții lor personale și profesionale, reducând în mod semnificativ tendința către decalajul digital intergenerațional;
- să ofere instrumente de învățare non-formală pentru adulți pentru a-i sprijini în dobândirea de competențe digitale specifice pentru nivelurile de bază și intermediar.

ERASMUS + DInSAd Project - Conference of transnational partners - Monday 28/03/2022
The Conference of Transnational Partners of the DInSAd project at ENAIP IS in Rome, in via Angelo Bargoni 8, is Monday 28 March 2022.

The event is organized by ENAIP and the project partners participate with the aim of analyzing the main results of the project and collecting feedback and further suggestions.

The project started on 1 October 2019 and will end on 31 March 2022.

The project has the following objectives:

- strengthen the ability of adults to use digital tools efficiently as a prerequisite for improving their personal and professional life, significantly reducing the trend towards the intergenerational digital divide

- and to provide non-formal learning tools for adults in order to support them in achieving specific digital competences for basic and intermediate levels.

Proiect DInSAd - Atelier de consultare organizat la Slobozia pe 22 martie 2022

Cinci actori regionali prezenți la atelierul de lucru, își exprimă interesul de a promova și de a utiliza rezultatele proiectului în cadrul organizațiilor lor: Direcția judeteana pentru pensii, Direcția Judeteana pentru Asistență Socială și Protecția copilului, Direcția Județeană pentru Cultură și Biblioteca Municipala, precum și Colegiul Al. Ioan Cuza.

Vom îmbunătăți materialele finale cu recomandările lor și le vom livra produsele finale, Harta competențelor, jocul de societate și jocul virtual.

Centrul Labor in colaborare cu ANUP apreciază și mulțumește tuturor participanților!

DInSAd Project - Consultation workshop organised in Slobozia on the 22nd of March

Five regional stakeholders present at the workshop, express their interest to promote and to use the results of the project within their organisations: The Directorate for Pension, The Directorate for Social Affairs, The Directorate of Culture and The Regional Library, as well as The College Al. Ioan Cuza.

We will improve the final materials with their recommendations and will deliver them the final products, the Map of competencies, the board game and the virtual game.

Proiect DInSAd - Pilotarea jocului de cărți la final

Am terminat cu success pilotarea jocului de cărți cuprinse în cadrul celor 6 arii de invatare.

Ce am invățat ?

Multe lucruri: cm să scriem un mail, cm să comunicăm pe facebook, cm să achiziționăm un bilet de tren sau de avion, cm să căutăm informații pe internet, cm să aflăm unde se afla o locaíe unde am dori sa mergem, cm să căutăm online produse sau servicii pe care dorim să le cumpărăm, etc.

Și toate acestea prin ordonarea unor cărți de joc prietenoase intr-o ordine precisă! Mulțumim Centrul Labor pentru că ați putut face posibilă bucuria unor adulti care au pus mâna pentru prima oară pe un computer!

Și bucuria de a fi reușit!

DInSAd Project - Piloting of the board game at the end

We have successfully completed the piloting of the board game included in the 6 learning areas.

What I learned ?

Many things: how to write an email, how to communicate on facebook, how to buy a train or plane ticket, how to search for information on the internet, how to find an address where we want to go, how to search online for products or services we want to buy, etc.

And all this by ordering friendly the playing cards in a precise order!

Thank you Labor Center for being able to make the joy of adults who got their hands on a computer for the first time!

And the joy of being successful!

Am încheiat cu succes instruirea celor 4 formatori adulți pentru proiectul WISE.
Care au fost subiectele?
Legislație, abilitare și inteligență emoțională, precum și setul de instrumente și modelul de afaceri Cnavas pentru întreprinderi sociale care implică femei din comunități marginalizate.
Două zile de satisfacție și angajament! Mulțumim formatorilor și organizatorilor din București și Târgoviște.

We successfully ended the training of the 4 adult trainers for the WISE project.
What were the topics ?
Legislation, empowerment and emotional intelligence, as well as the kit of instruments and the Cnavas Business Model for social enterprises involving women from marginalized communities.
Two days of satisfaction and commitment! Thanks the trainers and organisers from Bucharest and Targoviste.

Suntem în plină derulare a unui seminar de training online, în cadrul Proiectului WISE, în perioada 18-22 ianuarie 2021. În produsul intelectual IO2 consorțiul a elaborat materiale de formare pentru antreprenoriatul social feminin. Am parcurs două zile de training și mai avem încă trei zile. Iată cateva imagini care arată diversitatea de forme de traIning și diversitatea de teme.

We are in the middle of an online training seminar within the WISE Project, between January 18-22, 2021. In the intellectual output IO2, the consortium developed training materials for women social entrepreneurship. We went through two days of training and we have three more days. Here are some pictures that show the diversity of non formal and formal training methods and the diversity of themes.
We will keep you updated in the coming days.

WISE’s third Transnational Project Meeting

Today, 25th November , was the last day of WISE’s third Transnational Project Meeting, which had to be carried out online due to the actual situation of CoVid-19. All of our partners shared their progress and their opinions regarding the project’s development. These two days have been a fruitful gathering, and it was really nice to see all partners again, although we would have enjoyed seeing each other face to face! For now, we will keep on working online to take this project to a success place.

WISE Project – IO2 European Training Module

During October and November 2020, partners worked on the IO2 European Training Module: What are social enterprises and why do they enable women to develop their own labour market opportunities.
The Adult Educators will be offering as training support Learning / teaching / training material – Manual /handbook / guidance material that will enable women from marginalised groups to better understand the journey that women who lead current social enterprises take, what motivates them and what support they need throughout their journey in starting and running their own social enterprises/businesses.
Learners will gain an understanding of the key stages of development of Social Enterprises, including choosing the right legal structure, setting social objectives, business planning, developing sustainable funding streams.
The training module consists of a variety of materials of information, games and exercises to develop employment related skills, to facilitate the access to labour market opportunities and to overcome barriers to inclusion, or develop enterprise opportunities.
We invite you to consult the materials on the ANUP International website www.anupinternational-dalles.ro starting with February, when we will organize a training session for adult educators.

WISE Project - Focus group Târgoviște
At http://www.inapoilamunca.ro with women and adult trainers about the WISE project or how to open a social enterprise. Mrs. Cristina Dragna and Mr. Andrei Piciorus were the mentors of the meeting. The whole group of trainers received congratulations for their enthusiasm and information from the target group. We had a lot of fun together!

IO1 – Harta competențelor digitale
Competențe digitale cheie specifice cerute de adulții cu un nivel scăzut de calificare pentru a îmbunătăți calitatea vieții lor profesionale și personale.
Ce s-a realizat pînă acum:
- patru bune practici selectate, 5 interviuri cu actori cheie interesați de formarea digitală pentru adulți și incluziunea lor socială prin utilizarea instrumentelor digitale atât la locul de muncă cât și în viața lor de zi cu zi. O hartă a competențelor digitale în conformitate cu EQF și DigComp, 1 focus grup la nivel județean cu actori relevanți pentru validarea hărții de competențe, 1 raport național de validare și un raport european de validare.
