يُعد الإلتهاب الرئوي عدوى تؤدي إلى التهاب الحويصلات الهوائية في إحدى الرئتين أو كلتيهما. قد تُملأ الحويصلات الهوائية بالسوائل أو بالصديد، الأمر الذي يسبب السعال المصحوب بالبلغم أو الصديد، والحمى أو القشعريرة، وصعوبة في التنفس. يمكن لمجموعة متنوعة من الكائنات الحية، بما في ذلك البكتيريا، والفيروسات والفطريات، أن تسبب الالتهاب الرئوي.

In recent years, there are many patients with spinal and lower limb deformities, such as scoliosis in adolescents, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and bilateral lower limb deformities. Genu valgus and X-shaped O-shaped leg are also common orthopedic diseases. And the incidence rate shows an increasing trend year by year, often involving the hip, knee, ankle three weight bearing joints. It affects the lives of patients, and even result in losing the ability to work.
In the clinical treatment of spinal and lower limb malformations, corrective surgery is generally required. Before and after the operation, medical imaging are required to analyze the condition, make a clear diagnosis and observe the treatment effect. The conventional DR imaging area is limited, and the maximum size is only 43cm. However, the average length of the whole spine of adult males is 70-75cm, while that of females is 66-70cm.
