A balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health and providing energy for our daily activities. To achieve this, it is important to incorporate whole grains and complex carbohydrates such as wholewheat, brown rice, fruits and vegetables into our meals. Proteins from sources such as beans, chickpeas, lentils, lean meats like chicken and fish, tofu, and cottage cheese can also be included to provide healthy portions of protein. Nuts, dates, avocado, and olive oil can be added to complete the meal.
It is recommended to avoid sugars and instead eat plenty of fruits, such as dates, which are an excellent source of energy, fibre, and fruit sugars that keep the body's blood sugar in good balance. By following these dietary guidelines, individuals can maintain good health and have the energy they need to accomplish their daily tasks.
