The Chalmers Cortegen is a sign that spring has arrived in Sweden!☀️ The sun is finally out and spirits are high as the city gathers to watch Chalmers students parade throughout the Main Streets of Gothenburg. Approx 1800 Chalmers students spend days handmaking their vehicles that will be displayed in the parade. You won’t want to miss this entertaining and humorous Swedish tradition. In Sweden, it is a tradition of student life to have a Fadder guiding first year students in the first few weeks of their studies. Halloween is here and darkness falls over Gothenburg…. In the middle of the night you will find yourself in the lobby of an old bank or in a secret bunker….Now is the time for an Escape Room event!

🗝 Join GIC for an exciting challenge at Gothenburg Escape Game! Together in groups you will have to work together to solve different problems. The groups will be divided into three different rooms (swipe to read more about the rooms)

🗝 We have booked two timeslots with one hour play each. Either you choose a ticket with meeting time at 15:15 or a ticket with meeting time at 16:45. After the challenge we take a team photo and coffee and talk through what you’ve experienced

🗝 The price is 100:- (original price for students is 250:- so this is a really good price!) Tickets will be released on Tuesday the 1st of November at 10:00 on Orbi: https://link.orbiapp.io/rHRu . There will be a limited amount of tickets so don't wait to buy your ticket!

🗝No special clothes needed, this is not a physical game. Take reading glasses with you if you normally use it for reading.

Want to make new friends and discover the city?
Then we have the perfect event for you this coming Saturday, a city challenge throughout the centre of Gothenburg!

🏙In small teams, you will get a list of challenges that you have to achieve throughout the city centre. You will have a few hours achieve as many as you can and the team which receives the most points will get a prize

🏙Meeting point: On the steps of the big university building at Vasaplatsen at 13:30 (where you will receive the challenges and be divided into groups)

🏙You will then have until 17:00 to do as many challenges as you can and meet back in the park behind Vasaplatsen (subjected to change depending on the weather) with proof of your achieved challenges. The winning team will then receive its prize.
