Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in muscle cells that plays a crucial role in energy production during high-intensity exercise.

One of the primary benefits of creatine supplementation is its ability to increase phosphocreatine stores in muscle tissue, thereby replenishing ATP (adenosine triphosphate) levels more rapidly during exercise.
