Fotografiska x hale - space breathwork 🪐 Next Sunday October 20 at 16.00 Fotografiska x hale is hosting a unique breathwork session led by at Fotografiska’s space festival.
With 360-degree space visuals surrounding you, you’ll be guided through breathing exercises that help you unwind and reset.

“You’re a professional breather by nature but we get so impacted by everything around us that it becomes dysfunctional. You breathe all the time, just start being aware of it and how. Just try to take a deep breath, do it, fill up the lungs….hold it a bit on the top…then sigh it all out and that’s it. How did it feel? Do it one more time. Do it 3 or 4 times. Maybe then you just start falling into natural breathing rythm again. Because, really, we know how to do it but today most people breathe unnatural I would say. “
