When the royal pharmacy moved here in 1575, it was the heart of the city and a natural meeting place for people far and near. Carrying on that tradition, our drinkery welcomes you to enjoy an evening of anticipation, in a historic environment fit for a king. Cheers! ✨🍸

A new take on the Dirty Martini inspired by the funny Swedish expression “snuskhummer”.
By re-using lobster shells, we add a unique new flavour profile to the classic cocktail. 🍸🦞

40ml Lobster shell washed Ramsbury Estate Vodka
10 ml Ramsbury London Dry Gin
5 ml Noilly Prat
Lemon Zest Mist

Garnish: Lobster shell
