Hello all! 👋

It’s me, Leah! I started Teamtailor on the 1st February 2022 after struggling to find the career that suited me, my life & my future. I used to work jobs that had me working 12 hours plus a day, 6 times a week, whilst I physically watched my life, personality & relationships fade away. 😳

Working at Teamtailor has shown me a style of work I never knew existed. Being able to split my time & passion between a career that I adore & the ability to build a sustainable lifestyle, without having to compromise a thing 🙏

Before joining Teamtailor, the only thing I knew about recruitment was the recruitment I did casually as a manager in retail stores. This platform has opened my eyes hugely to how my life could have been made so much easier (and more fun!) with a system in place to keep in touch with those brilliant candidates that I wasn’t able to hire at the time, whilst not having to panic about how long a CV had been sat in a filing cabinet or matching notes to the people I’d interviewed in the past. HR software has now become a sector in technology that I feel so incredibly passionate about & watching our product continuously changing peoples attitudes towards their work & giving them the support they deserve, is incredibly rewarding. HR doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom - it just needs a lil bit of confetti from time to time! 🎉

I feel extremely lucky to be part of a company that genuinely cares for their people, product and customers and even though Teamtailor is now an international company making huge waves in the tech industry worldwide, we still manage to keep those core values & I really do look forward to continuing to watch our team, myself & product grow.

Today the sun is shining and the creativity within our product team is on top. In Linköping you can grab a coffee on the rooftop terrace with 8 of our designers and developers! They are all pretty awesome - we promise 😍

Last Thursday our Norwegian team hosted our first Frokostklubben! 🇳🇴☀️
