This April, SPRMRKT joins forces with to bring the authentic flavours of Singaporean cuisine from Jalan Besar to Dempsey.

Join us to savour a delightful assortment of Singaporean delicacies at SPRMRKT, including Enjoy Hokkien Mee, Chef Joel's Red Curry-infused Crispy Local Barramundi, BBQ Pork Cheek, Kueh Pie Tee, Chicken Satay, and much more.

The menu features a combination of traditional favourites and modern interpretations, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate.

This exclusive menu is available every Thursday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm.

"Visited the nostalgic “Old Singapore” themed recently that’s tucked in the vicinity of Novotel Stevens & managed to try some of their delights:

The star dish for me - Crispy Fish Fillet with Chef’s Red Curry Sauce. Don’t be fooled by the intimidating-looking rich & red coconut curry sauce, it’s not as deadly as it seems. With a thick and creamy consistency, I couldn’t get enough of the sauce to go with my rice. Simply shiok ! ⭐️

Next favourite - Te Kah Bee Hoon. With a generous portion of tender braised pork leg that’s soft to the tongue, this specialty dish was made with secret recipe that allows it to master the Wok-Hei noodles ! As the days go by, such Wok-Hei dishes are hard to come by ! 😢

To complete the meal, we ordered the Hainanese Chicken Satay, XO White Fish Soup, and Black Pepper Angus Beef Tenderloin to go with !

Desserts are a must of course - the Orh Ni consistency is rather smooth, without any clumps while retaining its thickness. The fusion Chendol Panna Cotta was rather interesting, but I will personally prefer the original version."
