Hey music lovers! 🙌 This video features Sharad explaining the important 60-60 rule for healthy listening habits. We all love to crank up the tunes, but it's crucial to take care of your ears to keep enjoying music for years to come. 🎶
The 60-60 Rule:
👂🏻 Listen for no more than 60 minutes at a time. Our ears need breaks to recover from constant sound exposure.
⬇️ Keep the volume at or below 60%. Loud music can damage your hearing over time, even with shorter listening periods.
While the 60-60 rule is a great guideline, it's not the whole story. Listening at a low volume for extended periods (longer than 60 minutes) can also be harmful.
