Terrence went up a weight class tonight and managed to win the WBC National title via unanimous decision and Xuan Yun dominated all 5 rounds to win the WBC International title via unanimous decision as well. Very grateful for to give us the opportunity to fight against an experienced opponent and good friend, Vernon, who gave Terrence a hard fight. We had to adapt and change game plan a few times in between rounds. Xuan Yun found her rhythm and range after round 1 to start landing her hands, super proud of her for sticking to the game plan and staying calm to close up the distance to land heavy hands and elbows. On to the next one !! Terrence will be flying to Greece to represent Singapore in the IFMA world games one week later 🇸🇬

4TH MAY KBX , it will be Muay Thai debut and will be up against a veteran national boxer. DM us for tickets !!

The guys will be fighting this Saturday so we’ll be closing the gym for the day to support them 🥊

This time Terrence will be fighting a Thai veteran with 150 fights , Xuan Yun will also be facing a younger and tougher opponent. Jeryl will be facing off against his old foe, Randall debut fight will be against a very tough opponent with 4 fights and Yi jie will also be having his debut fight. All the best to our friends who are fighting as well 🇸🇬

Terrence and Jeryl won their super 4 title belts and Audrey did not manage get the win but had her best fight performance yet! I have a lot of people to thank so here goes.
Firstly, thank you and for giving us 3 opportunities to fight for the title. Also, those who came by the gym to spar with Terrence and Jeryl. Also, and for being Audrey’s training partner. My cornermen and for the help. And almost a hundred Ghetto supporters came down today to support them even though it was a long ass day.

Congrats to Coach Terrence for achieving his Black Belt in Kyokushin Budokai AKA Kyokushin IBK !
It’s a form of Karate.

He did a 10-man full contact kumite (Sparring) to officially graduate.

Jeryl has been training for many years but did not manage to get any fights and coach Shawn took a break from coaching. 2 years later, Coach Shawn came back into the scene and joined Coach Terrence in opening up Ghetto fitness. Jeryl could have given up his passion then but he decided to join us and continue training, last week he managed to debut pro in an international event being an underdog, his also first 2 pro am fights but again he did not give up, he continued to train and managed to get a 3 fight win streak in the pro am division and is known to fight Muay Khao style. He was scheduled to fight pro am in the world games but decided to fight pro last minute and did exceptionally well. Sometimes when you feel you are going nowhere, you just gotta put in the work and , it’ll be all worth it in the end 🥊

Singapore 🇸🇬 is now ranked 🥈in the world in 2 different weight class for pro division, we did not get the gold this time but we are very proud of these 2 guys as they are originally supposed to fight pro-am division but decided to challenge ourselves and went up to pro division and fought Taiwan and Brazil national champions, we will try again next year to bring back the world championship belt 🥊 We would also like to thank everyone who sent us messages and supported us in any other way since the start. The coaches will see you guys back in the gym 🙏
