HPB is running a new Postnatal Workout Programme for Women. The program delivers a mix of Yoga, Pilates and Strength Conditioning exercises with bite size sharing of health tips conducted in both physical and virtual platforms.

Dear Participants,
We are happy to announce that the physical classes for SITC Dance and HIIT classes will be resumed soon! To facilitate a smooth transition and ensure that safety measures are in place, the classes will be resumed in phases. The on-going virtual classes will remain available for registration.
The next tranche of physical-only SITC classes will resume from 5 July 2021onwards. The classes will be open for registration in H365 from 1 July 2021.Do note only participants who have registered successfully on H365 app may turn up for the physical class at the studio.
New No-Show Policy. With effect from 12 July 2021, participants who do not turn up for any event they registered for via H365 will be disallowed from booking any more events for 7 days. This 7-day penalty will start from time of their last missed session. They can however still attend previously booked sessions. To avoid being penalised, participants are strongly advised to cancel their booked sessions before the session begins, if they are not able to attend them.

Good news! From the 1st Oct 2020, Sunrise-in-the-City (SITC) programme will resume in a gradual and controlled manner for safety reasons. During the COVD19 period, only SITC participants that have registered through the Healthy365 App can join SITC sessions. Please take note that the session capacity at each SITC venue has been revised to meet safety distancing regulations.
COVID19 precautionary measures have been implemented at all SITC venues and we seek the fullest cooperation from all SITC programme participants to abide with these precautionary measures.
