For people like us that started this culinary journey from home-based to a physical store; it is indeed a strenuous experience. From not knowing how to even handle cooking for the masses, to developing new dishes that we kept trying, tasting and eating haha, we are blessed to make many good friends along this journey !!! Day in day out, we kept pushing our limits to improve and excel, wondering where this experimental collective can take us … Finally, with the help and recognition of everyone out there, we’ve decided it’s time to take another step forward and launch a second outlet. Therefore, we are proud to officially announce our second outlet will be located at . If you’ve had your fair share of “after-hours-clubbing-to-Balestier-makan” before, you would’ve definitely seen this beautiful heritage coffeeshop; technically just steps after . Instead of making the traditional route of steaming, we decided to unleash our creativity. Check out the deep-fried-barramundi-head in Thai Chili dressing style, Panang Curry with torched barramundi tail fillet and Deep fried barramundi collar with fresh thai lime.
