Made with 80% cocoa couvertures imported from France 🇫🇷, Varlhona chocolates are in a class of their own. The cocoa beans used by Valrhona are specially sourced from their own plantations in Dominican Republic & Venezuela, and cooked by Valrhona’s taste masters who have perfected their chocolatey art over decades.

Churned with rich French cream and Australian fresh milk, we get an intensely dark chocolate ice cream that is velvety smooth.

We often get asked what our Rocher ice cream tastes like… Ermm, it’s like Ferraro Rocher (but yummier?) 🤔

Our Rocher is churned from chocolate hazelnut ice cream 🍦, drizzled with dark chocolate sauce and mixed with nuts and crunchy biscuit to recreate that familiar taste that everybody loves. 😋
