Good Oral Habit starts early!

Frequent consumption of acidic foods and drinks can wear down the enamel layer that protects our teeth over time. Erosion of this layer can lead to an increased risk of cavities, yellowish teeth, and other dental problems.

Young children are more susceptible to acid damage as baby teeth have softer and thinner enamel than adult teeth

Let’s teach our children to adopt a good oral habit of regular brushing and flossing to minimize the acid damage to our teeth 😊
