Introducing our Head Chef.

Chef Sakuta embarked on his culinary journey at the age of 18. After honing his skills at renowned sushi and omakase-style establishments, he relocated to Singapore in 2017 to lead the city's only two Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant, Shoukowa. Most recently, he served as the head chef at Sushi Kou.
