1. Start by heating your water to around 200°F (93°C).
2. Grind your Toraja beans to a medium-fine consistency.
3. Place a paper filter in the AeroPress cap and pre-wet it to remove any paper taste.
4. Add 17g of coffee grounds to the AeroPress chamber.
5. Slowly pour 250ml of hot water over the grounds, ensuring all are saturated.
6. Stir the mixture gently for about 10 seconds.
7. Insert the plunger and let the coffee steep for 1 minute.
8. Press down gently on the plunger until you hear a hissing sound.
9. Serve and enjoy your freshly brewed Toraja coffee!
