Many of our customers who tried our laksa are surprised and wonder why our laksa has a hint of sweetness (in a shiok way). Here's why!

Our fusion Laksu Katsu Don is inspired by our love for Japanese Curry Katsu and our very own Laksa.

Enjoy the crispy, juicy and tender Katsu accompanied with the fragrant aroma of Laksa broth with each bite. This is definitely a must-try!

Healthy food can be nice too. Despite being a healthier option, our skinless steam chicken is still tender and is accompanied with corn and salad vegetables.

A lot of people describe it as a healthier chicken rice with more vegetables and we also use plain short grain rice drizzled with our house blend rice sauce.

Made with our traditional family recipe, we only use high quality ingredients for our chili paste and Laksa broth. Our blend of rich, creamy and savoury Laksa broth is created using freshly grounded rempah (spices), premium dried shrimps, and coconut milk that are freshly squeezed on the spot from wet markets. Enjoy the fragrant aroma of Laksa and savour it only at Fuiyoh!

Introducing our very first appetiser dish/snack. This is a traditional homemade acar recipe passed down from Ah Gong who used to sell it in the 70s and 80s.

Everyone's perception and taste of 'traditional' differs. We hope that our very own version of traditional acar will evoke pleasant memories to the older generation and allow them to reminisce their younger days.

And of course, we would also like bring exposure to the younger generation about this amazing traditional local delicacy which is often overshadowed by the popular kimchi today.
