The dish that sparked obsessions.
Cold curry noodles
Shima aji sashimi, sakura shrimp, frozen coconut + oat milk dashi, pineapple, herbs, curry oil. Aggressively spicy surf clam & coconut kerabu on the side.
“What if we were a noodle bar” sessions at now open for bookings. Here for an unknown duration of time. Will keep doing it as long as we’re having fun.

Every now and then, we come up wity dishes that people talk about long after. Dishes that are truly one of a kind, and that we wish we could delve deeper into. Our cold curry noodles was one of them - inspired by a combination of Korean mulhoe, Thai khanom jeen sao nam, and Japanese hiyashi chuka.
The great thing about is that we are not locked into any particular thing, and we can switch it up whenever we want.
So starting next month, September, we embark on a little project we’d like to call “WHAT IF WE WERE A NOODLE BAR?”
It’s our chance to bring back the cold curry noodles in a slightly different way, and to mess around with other noodle ideas that we’ve collectively had sitting at the back of our minds.
The format is what you’re familiar with - $75++ per pax set meal, with a choice of 4 cool snacks and 1 noodle main per person plus a seasonal Ⓜ️acFlurry for dessert. We’re going out of our way to re-envision comfort classics, so please come with an open mind and an empty stomach.

This August, we bring back the pizza omakase, or as some call it, doughmakase.

It brings together the best elements of our menus and themes over the last 4 years. Some sick snacks, some bread ‘sushi’, a few pizza styles, and of course a thicc, loaded sandwich - all made with our high hydration, long aged pizza dough.

The menu is seafood heavy with one meat dish, but if you send us a message a few days ahead, we can make it all pescatarian for you. No accommodation for veggie, dairy-free or gluten-free diets though, sorry.
We serve 7 guests per seating, over 2 seatings.

To ensure fairness to those who arrive on time, we will start serving food 15 minutes into your meal session whether or not you are present. Please be punctual to enjoy all of it.

Children of all ages are welcome as long as they can partake in the menu at full price. We only have 7 seats, so every seat booked should be paid for. Thanks for your understanding.

The return of the Cali Roll pizza.
A puffy, pillowy deep fried base, with addictively crunchy sides, topped with blue swimmer crab and all the fun things you’d find on a California sushi roll (avocado, tamago, tobiko, nori, cucumber, etc). Some of you might remember this from our Lavender days back in 2021.
A few cancellations came in for this weekend, so there are a few spots that just opened up, over lunch and dinner. Grab them while you can!

Today is great day. The birds swim in the pond and the fish fly in the sky. My back is itchy but I can’t reach it to scratch. We gonna do weird captions like this from now on.

We officially relaunch on the 6th of June.
Here’s how it works:
- we are now at inside of
- $75++ per seat
- Each person chooses 3 snacks and 1 pizza. We feed everyone a dessert of the day afterwards.
- If you come as a solo diner, that’s basically a 5 course meal.
- If you come as 2 pax and get 6 snacks and 2 pizzas to share (+ dessert), you’re essentially having a 9 course meal.
- On any given day, chefs Grace, Maybelline or Bjorn (or a combination of) will be standing by to feed you.
- Please don’t be late. We have 2 seatings per day - 6pm & 8.30pm. Latecommers should not impact on the timing of the next seating.
- Please come in the size of party that you book for. We are a tiny 7 seat counter. We cannot accommodate last minute additions, or afford last minute drop outs.
- The menu changes frequently. Please check in closer to your booking date to see what we’re cooking.
- we have a full drink menu that’s totally rad, but you are free to BYO with a corkage fee

What’s up fam!
Our Thai sushi omakase has been extended another 2 weeks while we deal with another delay in the completion of our new forever home in River Valley.
Here’s the menu for the following dates: 2-18 May.
Please note that when you book, there are options of counter seats (any number of pax) and tables (groups of 4 only). Please select the option for yourself. Please also remember to select the right number of seats, if choosing counter seats.
Do note that this menu is a sushi omakase - so no accommodation can be made for folks with raw fish intolerance or severe shellfish allergies. Basically every dish is seafood and contains fish sauce. We are unable to change this at late notice. Most dishes are also mildly spicy, so please take note if you have a capsaicin allergy.
Your last 2 weeks (hopefully) to eat this Thai sushi. Get it.
