Here are 4 turkey tips for our turkey from Group Executive Chef Andrea Scarpa:
1️⃣ Use a serrated knife to cut through the boneless turkey
2️⃣ Slice the turkey vertically in approx. 2cm thick slices till you reach the end
3️⃣ Use a spatula to lift the turkey slices for individual plating
4️⃣ The turkey is easier to slice when it’s not piping hot. If you need to reheat the turkey, let it rest for 20mins before slicing.
