Meet Rizal, a member of our Sculpt Family. When he joined Sculpt, he was at 72.5kg and 28% body fat, then he went down to 65.5kg and 25% body fat ๐ฏ

Meet Charles from our Sculpt Family. Initially, he did resistance band bench press with poor form and eventually progressed to 10kg DB bench press with proper form ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
He found that he had poor control and form as his elbows are always flared out 90ยฐ which caused him to be unable to engage the chest and feel more on the shoulders and rotator cuffs. He improved to a 10kg dumbbell bench press with more control and is able to engage his chest with the elbows aligned at a 45ยฐ angle.

Edmund, Sculpt member started off doing resistance band decline chest fly with limited range and an unstable form. He then progressed to cable decline fly (18kg) with good form!
He always had flexibilty and mobility limitations throughout his body. After consistent training under Coach Firdaus, he managed to improve his range of motion in many muscle groups and is able to now comfortably go through the full range of motion when performing the exercises ๐ช๐ป

Aish, Sculpt member started off with 6kg single arm kettlebell snatches and progressed to 8kg kettlebell double arm snatches! ๐๐ป

Meet Jay, a member of our Sculpt Family. At first, he did barbell squats with poor knee mobility and was unable to go low. Over time, he was able to progress to doing 50kg barbell squats with ease ๐๐ป
He had a weak and imbalanced muscle on his knee, which resulted to him being unable to squat with a full range of motion. He has frequent knee pain especially when doing cricket during his free time.
He started off doing a squat regression and slowly gained mobility and strength. Now, he's able to squat with heavier weights and his knee condition has improved! ๐ฏ

He was unfamiliar with the hip hinge movement, and in addition to a weak core, his split squats were extremely unstable. Through proper cues and instructions, he was able to master the hinging movement and also improved on his core stability โก

Meet Amos from our Sculpt Family. He went from doing bodyweight squats and progressed to goblet squats with 30kg dumbbell with proper form and control ๐๐ป
He tried his best to commit even with a busy schedule outside of the gym and was always ready to push hard during each session. He has a slight ankle mobility issue due to his current weight but was able to work through his limitations and eventually progressed from a regular bodyweight squat to 30kg goblet squats.
