Happy World Sake Day! 🍶 A global celebration of Japan’s iconic drink, this day marks the start of sake brewing season and honours centuries of craftsmanship.

This refreshing sake boasts popped rice and melon aroma, with a clean, dry finish. Perfectly paired with our Chef's Monthly Special - the Aburi Mentaiko Maki, featuring your choice of Hokkaido Scallops or A4 Ohmi Ribeye. The crisp acidity and slight sweetness of the sake complement the rich flavours of the Mentaiko, while the clean finish enhances the umami of the scallops or ribeye.

Gangi Sake Brewery, situated on the banks of the Imazu River in Yamaguchi Prefecture, boasts a rich history. Initially the Imazu Teahouse and port for the Kikkawa Daimyo, it was transformed into a sake brewery by Hisashige Kobayashi's great-grandfather.
