医师简介：

李卉医师
1997年就读于中国长春中医学院，获取学士学位，2011年毕业于新加坡中医学院，重修五年全日制中医本科课程。
2018年开始学习黄煌经方，以南京中医药大学国际经方学院院长黄煌教授的“方-病-人”学术思想，为诊疗模式，以方证相应为治疗原则，善于使用经方治疗内科，妇科，儿科，皮肤病，痛症等杂病。在新加坡从事中医临床工作12年。

经方治愈20年的面瘫

周某，女，75岁，患面瘫近20年。左侧面瘫，左眼皮不能抬起，每3个月需要打一次肉毒素，不打左眼很难睁开。伴面肌痉挛，左侧颈部也一直抽动。

周某素体壮实，不生病不吃药，除了面瘫面肌痉挛的问题，没有任何不适，脉象和缓，舌干红无苔，体质完全符合续命汤的适用人群，除了舌象（见《黄煌经方使用手册第四版》）！
第一次处方续命汤7剂，她吃了14天，效果不明显，复诊时鼓励她，一天两次效果才会更好，再服14剂，面瘫明显好转，面肌痉挛也只是在紧张的时候才发作。
