Passionately curated by us, our traditional and antique collections are genuinely unique pieces, made between 25 and 100 years ago. Our modern collections are fresh off the loom limited editions, designed and woven in collaboration with artisan partners.

Our carpets are created in the most traditional and authentic way, using the same traditional handknotting techniques mastered by artisans for hundreds of years. Remaining true to our belief in natural materials, our rugs are made with the finest yarns and sustainable raw materials.

There is a charm, magic to our Traditional Classic rugs that brings back memories of times passed by, a feeling that takes us back in time. These patterns, designs, and colours have a vintage feel with a timeless quality that never goes out of style.

The primary materials used in the production of traditional classic rugs are fine wool along with pure silk or silk or a combination of these two materials. Unlike other rugs, Persian rugs are made using a special technique that makes them unique in the world.

The cypress tree is one of our favourite motifs you can find in Persian rugs. It is common in garden-themed carpets with elaborate yet intricate designs. In Zoroastrianism, cutting down a cypress tree is believed to be bad luck. It is said that when you cut down a cypress tree, you cut your own fortune and open yourself to illness or misfortune. Cypress trees were planted around temples and were used to shade the graves of people of religious importance.
