Here’s another dish from our new menu to get excited about. Introducing 𝐓𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐆𝐲𝐨𝐳𝐚 – the chicken wing dumplings of your dreams.

Succulent, boneless grilled chicken wings stuffed with ground meat, onions, cabbage, garlic, and other herbs. We can’t wait for you to try it!

Two simple reasons why binchotan is the charcoal of choice at Gyutan-Tan:

Binchotan produces minimal ash, keeping unwanted debris and smells out of your food.

Binchotan emits less carbon monoxide and pollutants, making it a safer and more sustainable choice for indoor cooking.
