As a staple of Greek cuisine, celebrated for their rich flavor, olives are used in dishes from salads and spreads to main courses and appetizers - to add a distinct taste that embodies the essence of Mediterranean cooking.

In ensuring we have the best olives in our dishes, we plant and harvest them from our own estate! We have 8 groves in different locations, placed on cliffs that face the sun at all times - allowing them to flourish beautifully 🌿

Our THEMA Red 2021 was once again "dressed" in GOLD at the Beliner Wine Trophy Summer Tasting 2023 competition.��DID YOU KNOW that THEMA Red is the most awarded wine of the estate with a total of over 90 different awards and distinctions in wine competitions. Quite notable is that it is our only label where ALL VINTAGES from 2006 to 2021 (current) have been awarded with a Gold Medal in major wine competitions, as well as special awards, such as:�

The grapes of Sauvignon blanc variety are the ones that first reached the optimal level of ripeness and signalled the start of this year's harvest! According to the Agronomist and Vineyard Manager of the estate, Ioannis Chronis, this year's harvest is one week late compared to the 2022 harvest. So far, the remarkable temperature differences between day and night in the vineyards and the harvesting of the grapes during the evening hours seem to have played an important role in keeping the quality of the grapes at the highest level possible!��Pour a glass and join us in celebrating these golden achievements!
