Why am I sharing this ? Pre diabetes' often shows up in your mouth first and diabetes in advanced stages , can have disastrous affects on your teeth and gum heath. Recognising the early signs will help you keep this, not uncommon but debilitating disease at bay . I think this video has good information and I like the natural simple approach this Dr offers .
