How do create a modern luxury home in Singapore?

One of our clients found us through TikTok and she asked if we can help her with her renovation request to turn this old 4RM HDB into something modern with a touch of luxury.

We said A-ok and proceeded to do our budget costing, material selection and drafted up a 3D design that appeals to her theme and concept and she liked it.

This whole process took between 6-8 weeks and we are proud to showcase this home to the public.

When Roihan and his wife approached me this year, they wanted something special for their 2nd home after selling their recently MOP-ed BTO.

During the renovation process, I was pretty much given the freedom to express my creativity and recommendation to them from the beginning and all the way till the end.

Contemporary Farmhouse style transformed this old resale apartment into a home that caters toward a new generation of people who are looking to reinvent the old classics.

We went through many laminate suppliers to get just the right shade of green and the wood patterns to match the wardrobe with textured patterns to complete the look.

One of the main obstacle we faced for this project was the tight dateline by the clients as their time were running short due to a reduced extension by the other party.

We are overall pleased with the final looks and look forward to inspiring creativity amongst homeowners who dare to be different!

One of the more satisfying projects that we have worked on recently involves turning an empty room into a children's haven.

A customised bunk bed equipped with study table, display cabinet for Legos and a walk-in wardrobe all fitted in a 6m x 3m space.

Morrocan Scandinavian Style: Part 2

We dive into the kitchen where the heart of every home is. Laminates from & countertop from allow us to recreate this beautiful kitchen with scandinavian vibes.

Vinyl, paint, and lighting selections are crucial in ensuring that we do not overwhelm the area with too many distractions that stray the eyes away from the main parts of the kitchen.

Morrocan Scandinavian Style: Part 1

Check out this beautiful home of Rauf and Elicia at Bedok Reservoir as we embark on a mission to transform this 3RM unit using a fusion of Morrocan & Scandinavian interior style.

The elements of selecting the right type of laminates, vinyls and paint are important when we're looking for a style that incorporates a vibe that is both aesthetic and practical.

The 'Mihrab' in the living room needs to be the focal point in the living room. A simplistic and minimalist approach that incorporates the arch is one that drives attention from everyone.

Modern Nautical Kitchen Design

This project we embarked on was one of the toughest projects due to the fact that there were many changes, add-ons, and variations that evolved along the way by my client.

However, at the end of the day, we are proud to have completed this work. All carpentry works are customised to each individual appliance that matches the very cool 12mm Arabescata Corchia sintered countertop. Bluetooth and WiFi LED drivers connecting the living room and kitchen display through the phone app. And the list goes on.

Tight project. Tight manpower. But the team made it all happen.

Contemporary Dark Cosy

This 4-RM unit at Choa Chu Kang was a style requested by our clients, Ithnin and Siti.

They envisioned a home that allows them to relax and unwind after a long day at work with key concept takeaways such as comfort, dark, and exclusivity.

When we work with clients, we need to understand their core requirements and add creativity to the mix while ensuring they get the most bang for buck / value for the materials they have chosen.

The end result was a bespoke hotel bar vibe with a touch of practicality for daily use.

⚫️ Ying-Yang Series! Part 2 ⚪️

We dived in to help a family who's kitchen was destroyed due to a water leak from their unit above.

After months of rectification works and delays by HDB, we commenced this project with the full support of our clients, Iffah and Ali.

The end result was satisfying and we enjoyed the look on their faces as they gave 2 thumbs up for the workmanship and quality rendered.

After 6-7 weeks of reno, they finally settled in and we're so glad to be able to get their home ready in time before raya.

It's been a real pleasure working with Bro Zekri & his family for their 3RM HDB in Marine Crescent.

We did a major overhaul on this unit which involved whole house hacking including the kitchen entrance to enlarge this space and also to make way for the modular island which we crafted that can transform itself into a small dining table for their guests.

We are also happy to be invited to this beautiful home during Hari Raya and we look forward to the next!

We had a challenging task initially due to our war with roaches in the beginning but after turning the kitchen upside down, we made something magical happen for sure!
