Yes, you've guessed it right. It's loaded with chocolates at multiple stages. (Who said chocolate is to be only at one layer)

There's melted chocolate mixed in, chocolate chunk in the middle of the batter, and more chocolate chunks at the top. (Hence the dip in the middle)

I've always looked for opportunities to try different styles of Plum Cakes as there are many versions to it. And presenting to you this year, the moist and bursting with fruits Kerala style, eggless Plum Cakes. You read it right, it's eggless and both alcohol and non alcohol versions are available.

Pivoting to the new and innovation doesn't have to end with technology- introducing a tweaked recipe after a few trials and tries , this years fruit cake is an updated version of my previous year's cake, by using best quality dry fruits (no tutti fruttis here) and nuts soaked in premium rum! Not to forget the infused aroma of fresh spices and zest of citrus fruits. Your taste buds won't be disappointed!

Hello everyone! Feels good to be back after a long break. Did some baking here and there, whenever time permits.

First of, is this incredibly moist Marble Cake with chocolate sauce. This isn't the dry ones, that's without life that we usually get in some bakeries. This cake has sour cream which adds moist and richness. Couldn't stop in one slice and my dad packed some as well, which is quite surprising!

Hello All. Its been raining cupcakes in here for sometime. Multiple flavours with individually packed cupcakes for different occasions.

Its Pandan Gula Melaka cake with Coconut Milk Swiss meringue buttercream with homemade gula melaka sauce.
Not overwhelmingly sweet with reduced sugar(healthy choice leh!!!) and its tastes so good and balanced out with the coconut milk.

A must try in bite sized pieces. Perfect for parties or tea time.

Butterscotch sauce swirled cake, filled with Butterscotch buttercream and Almond Pralines. Topped with Callebaut Salted Caramel Crispearls and Butterscotch drips.

What can I say? Its just pure indulgence and the almond pralines added a good crunch to the cake. Thanks to Sriram anna for always giving me free hand on choosing the best design.

Delicious butter cake, filled with homemade lemon curd, vanilla buttercream. Made this cake for Father's Day and personally my dad prefers less to no buttercream at all. So, its a naked cake this time. Tasted so good and naked cake is a refreshing break from the usual chocolate flavors, naked is nature at its best!

Marble butter cake was an experiment at home, shiny, silky and smooth. Even more reasons to go natural.

Moist Butter cake with homemade strawberry reduction filling & vanilla butter cream. Frozen theme cake. Colour combination turned out very well.

Nutella to the rescue when I can't get hold of good quality chocolate.

Moist vanilla cupcake filled with nutella and nutella frosting, topped with toasted almond nibs. It literally melts in your mouth and the almond nibs brings a good crunch to the cupcakes. Couldn't get hold of hazelnuts, hence almond to the rescue, again!

Hello all! Made a surprise engagement cake for my dear sister, who got engaged on Feb 1st.1st time making an engagement cake. Her favourite colour is purple, so you can see the cake is adorned in purple. Made a Red Velvet cake with nutella cream cheese frosting and edible gold leaf, also a first for me. I prefer plain cream cheese frosting as I don't want the nutella to overpower. But to my surprise, it tasted so good.
