キンキ | Kinki Fish | Choice to enjoy it as fresh sashimi or charcoal salt grilled - Freshly flown in from Japan, limited portions available this weekend!

Known as “Red Jewel of the sea”, Kinki Fish is very precious and is the rarest and sweetest species of fish. They are nurtured along the clean waters in Hokkaido. Kinki is prized for its outstanding flavor and makes it a particularly delicious accompaniment to sake; the sweet flavor explodes with a delicate and intense sweetness when the juicy white pulp melts in your mouth.

伊佐木 | Isaki Sashimi | Freshly flown in seasonal fish for this weekend~ Isaki is in season, when Isaki fish ride the Tsushima current through the offshore area of Iki island, arriving at the Chikuzen sea. The flavour is light and delicate, there is a noticeable layer of fat between the skin and meat which makes the fish more tasty.
