Imagine this, in 2024 almost no one is uneducated, especially in Singapore. Yet a lot of people are still purchasing branded mattresses, with no absolute knowledge of how mattresses are created. There are certain price points whereby good mattresses are required to cost, but anything above $5000 cannot be justified other than big rents and big marketing $$$.
In TilamKing, our beliefs are very consumer centric, we bother to educate you about mattresses, because we want you to know what configuration you are sleeping on, hence you know which suits you best. We had a lot of issues with the supply chain due to the after COVID effects on the entire supply chain, thankfully great relationships were mended when travel re-opened up. A lot of big suppliers didn't make it, and we are thankful that we were not affected.
We are very thankful of our dedicated production team that continues to produce the highest quality mattresses. We are also very thankful to our service team that goes over and beyond to educate fellow Singaporeans about mattresses.
