Just landed in Singapore and UNA this week is the prized Rubea Gallega, known to be one of the best steaks in the world for its buttery fat. Originating from Galicia in the north-western region of Spain, the cattle is raised outdoors out in pasture, and is best savoured medium-rare with a slight char.
