Starting with his own mindfulness journey 25 years ago, he has attended numerous retreats and practised under many well-known meditation teachers, including Mingyur Rinpoche, Alan Wallace, SN Goenka and Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as spent two short stints as a novice monk in Myanmar and Thailand. Previously, as a lecturer and resident fellow in NUS, Norman has had extensive experience coaching and mentoring young adults. He currently teaches a course on ‘Healthy Living and Wellbeing’ in NTU.

Venerable Dr Juewei holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies, a Master of Arts in Buddhist Studies, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.

Ven is also a Singaporean! And started her career as a government scholar in the field of computer science and engineering.

Prof. Bernard J. Carr is a distinguished Professor of Mathematics and Astronomy at Queen Mary, University of London, renowned for his profound insights into the mysteries of the universe. 🔍

A Cambridge alumnus, Prof. Carr completed his BA in mathematics in 1972 before earning his doctorate in 1976, studying relativity and cosmology under the tutelage of Stephen Hawking at the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge and the California Institute of Technology. Notably, his journey intersected with his presidency at the Cambridge University Buddhist Society, marking his profound interest in spiritual exploration, alongside his friendship with Ajahn Brahm. 🎓

A globally recognized scholar, Prof. Carr has held esteemed visiting professorships at Kyoto University, Tokyo University, and the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He frequently engages with leading institutes in America and Canada.
