El Quemado is owned by Ivan Solis. He has devoted his whole life to coffee and he enjoys teaching the next generation to continue their family tradition of coffee production. 👩‍🌾 The farm is located at Los Santos with a size of 15 hectares, sitting at an altitude of 1,800 masl.

Beans are white honey processed where the cherries 🍒 go through a machine that removes 85-90% of the mucilage before they are left on raised beds to dry in the 🌞 sun for 12-15 days. The beans will end up looking lighter and brighter.
