Back from past, MMO last competition was back in 2014. After a decade missing from the scene, he came and swept the main title of Mr Singapore 2024 (traditionally awarded for bodybuilding category, and bodybuilding started the sport for what it is today), and additionally won the Men's Physique overall title, Mr Singapore Physique 2024.
Now that is spectacular, and it only happen in Singapore at Fitness Movement shows!

The President Cup
National Most Valuable Player Award 2024
FM League President Kevin Chiak
presented the President Cup to Michael Marc Ong, who is also the winner of Mr Singapore 2024 & Mr Singapore Physique 2024.
The President Cup is awarded for the athlete who is a winner deemed by the President as the athlete that has the best blend of most improvement, best role model representation and other factors and significantly the favourite winner.

9th Singapore Nationals Report
National Youth Championship
And so the Singapore Nationals came to an end to another fantastic run! We wish we could list every winner here, but it would be hard to keep everyone waiting until the very end because everyone would want to return home to their loved ones.
Our committee and judges worked hard and it was worth it, as we get to see the best athletes battling it out in the most original top local championship!
The athletes were amazing. The grand champion athletes, Mr. and Ms. Singapore and Singapore International, are shown in this photo. Their diligent labor is greatly appreciated. We appreciate that our show was their first choice to feature in their life successes, especially considering some of them are foreign-born.

With Singapore's 60th anniversary and FM's 10th Nationals, next year's show will be substantially larger and we will hold the record for the oldest bodybuilding establishment in existence. We established the Singapore Bodybuilding organisation to preserve the sport, and we are happy to report that we have not only kept the standards high but have also seen a rise in the community's bodybuilding athletes numbers.
As we wait for the things to come in 2025, we will be flying the INBA PNBA flag in China and Malaysia later this year. We're thrilled once more! Until then, everyone, keep well and in shape!

What went down at INBA PNBA ASIA PACIFIC PRO/AM CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024 in SINGAPORE, 5TH MAY !

Marvin Soh, attained his PNBA Pro Card qualification in the Malaysia Regional Natural Classic 2024 on 4th Feb.
And he made his pro debut on the 5th May Asia Pacific Championships, and got his Natural Olympia qualification to compete as a pro on the 7th - 10th November in Vegas!
Lets us all give him our support and encouragement, as he prep his way towards a great year in INBA GLOBAL!
Marvin Soh will be going as a Pro athlete in Team INBA Singapore ! He shall be wearing the Team INBA Singapore jacket which is in the design phase now!
