URA label this a “Pub” for reason of rejection of our Application of Change of Use as New Restaurant cm Bar!
Reason is because our layout look like Pub!!! And we have a Nano-Microbrewery!!!! But it is our unique strategies ; not to setup a kitchen but collaborate with neighbouring restaurants to be our “ Central Kitchen “ to fill our Customer’s stomachs; craft our own beer ( instead of getting supply of beer)!
Beside; We have our most outstanding inhouse specialties: own Nano-Microbrewery to brews our own brands of craft beer (suggests by URA that we should buy beer from suppliers instead); Yakiniku LavaStone Grills that offer no Chef /Cook to overcome our Manpower problem in Singapore!
We don’t have any entertainment element in out setup operation; ..No Live EPL broadcast! ..No Live Band for Music! ..No Live Public performance!
It is NOT A Pub! It’s a New Restaurant Concept that operates leanest manpower and yet offer maximum services of an restaurant cm bar!
