Being in the company since the club's opening, he is your go-to guy for anything related to Rumours Beach Club from the food, drinks, and table. His favourite areas at the club would be the cozy daybeds and sofas that give off a chill vibe.

His favourites are the Jimbaran Bali BBQ Seafood Platter as they are too good to be missed and are the closest thing to savour the Balinese flavour.

He aims to give the best experience to all his guests, making sure that they are happy and always have a good time at the club.

Being the first café in Singapore to offer the rare and exceptional Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk, sourced from Brown Jersey Cows that make up a mere 1% of the cow population in Japan, with only 800 of them available. Known for its rich and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness, this ultra-premium milk is also high in butterfat and protein, making it ideal for producing dairy products like cheese and butter.

When combined with our carefully selected single origin coffee beans, the result is a perfectly balanced and velvety latte that is a signature item on our menu. Graduating from Cordon Bleu Sydney for an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, food drew her back to the kitchen when she started helping out in her the family’s restaurant - Teras Bali in Walsh Bay, Sydney, Australia.

Having won over Sydney with Salt & Palm, now she will join hands with her brother Mark Soetantyo as Executive Chef at Blue Waves and will be helming to open her second outlet in Singapore!

Salt & Palm Singapore will be serving modern Asian cuisine with a curated collection of fine wines ranging from natural, red and white.
