With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we've got something special for all the hopeless romantics ❤️ For 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 on the 14th of February, we're launching our Lychee Sweetheart - crisp layers of buttery croissant base with decadent strawberry jam, velvety custard, and sweet lychee.

V E S A K D A Y • in commemoration of the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha (all on the same day), we have prepared two very special items for the long weekend!

Our second item here is a Starter Lab rendition of “Buddha’s Delight” or Lo Han Chai.

Traditionally 18 ingredients to represent the 18 Arhats (“saints”)… we only managed to represent 9 in this case 😆 sitting on a delicious fluffy sourdough focaccia slab.

First on show is this purple potato swirl drizzled with honey. The beautiful purple stands out in a crisp and flakey layered croissant.

G R I L L E D L I V E R • you either love it or can’t go near it but this new dish here is a hands down winner for the brave!

Our organic liver is marinated and grilled, paired with sweet and slightly acidic red grapes to cut through the richness. The dish sits on a tasty country slice, some house-made hummus and finished with a champagne dressing.

H E Y M A M A S • we haven’t forgotten you!

Quite the opposite actually, we’ve baked up some love this weekend - just to say thank you:

Only Sweetness Tart : flaky croissant base, strawberry jam and white choc ganache petals - this tart will tell mama what words can’t!

Mama’s ‘Loaf’ 🫶🏽 Heart : bit of dried fruity sweetness, a gingery bite - as mamas sometimes have… 🤭 and a healthy mix of rye
