Pekka Pylkkänen is a renowned saxophonist and composer who has established himself as one of the strongest jazz artists and saxophonists in Europe. His musical talent has taken him around the world, where he has had great success not only in Europe but also in Asia and the Americas. Collaborating with numerous prestigious artists in many countries, he continues to work as a soloist, recording artist, and educator, performing in clubs, concert halls, and major festivals across more than 70 countries in Europe, the
Americas, Asia, and Africa.

His appearances as a soloist and/or leader cover more than 2000 concerts, many of which on major festivals such as Hong Kong Jazz Festival, Beijing Jazz Festival, Trondheim Jazz Festival, Copenhagen Jazz Festival, National Arts Festival (South Africa), Providencia Festival de Jazz (Santiago, Chile), Yokohama Jazz Promenade, Yarasum Jazz Festival, Beijing Concert Hall, Pescara Jazz, Thailand Int. We present a very special evening of a genre not often heard here - Gypsy Jazz! The evening's music is presented by some special guests with the Amanda Lee Swingtet. Known for their fun-loving camaraderie and playful dexterity, the band aims to spread the joy of jazz from its roots and beyond. Led by Singaporean pianist Amanda Lee, they are a regular on the local jazz scene and also perform internationally, including Ubud Village Jazz Festival, 1st International Jazz Festival Nha Trang and Taipei.

Tonight's band features violinist David Loke, guitarist Joshua Francis and bassist Judy Tsai, as they perform tunes from the Django Reinhardt songbook and other classic jazz tunes, all under the musical leadership of jazz pianist and Jazz Inc's own senior instructor Amanda Lee.

Baritone quartet, led by bassist Fabian Lee, will present repertoire where the bass plays chords, melodies, while still groovin. Thus a baritone bass (5 string high C) is used. Playing an electric repertoire from tunes of Eric Alexander, Kenny Garrett and Maceo Parker, they will also feature each other's originals. Fabian is the bass player for Evolution quartet, big band Omniform and the quartets of the late Greg Lyons.

Recipe of the Siamese Katz cocktail: the inevitable classical-pop bouquet, the ambry aroma of jazz, a tangy touch of electro, exotic essences, cinematic perfumes, not to mention the adventurous and improvised fantasies.
Siamese Katz was born in Bangkok in 2018 of the meeting between two European artists Arnaud Francelet and Frank Herrgott. Like the many influences and musical experiences of these two musicians/producers at the peak of their art, this collaboration gives birth to an adventurous and eclectic music: an alchemy of « classical-pop » melodies and harmonies supported by catchy rhythms on a background sometimes electro, sometimes cinematic. The playlist of Siamese Katz would certainly include such artists as: E.S.T., Chick Corea, Ennio Morricone, Ryuichi Sakamoto, The XX, etc.
Faithful to the philosophy of jazz, which has always been renewed thanks to the influences and the mixing between all the musical currents, the Siamese Kats create a music that combines the flexibility of the improvisation with the exigency of sophisticated arrangements. The music of the Siamese Katz is a singular touch, a piece of the puzzle of this sound canvas that the Francelet-Herrgott duet offers to listeners in search of innovations and new experiences.
Arnaud Francelet was born in Switzerland. His love for music began in his early childhood. After studying at the Bass Institute of Technology in Los Angeles Arnaud Francelet works as a composer and double bassist in various formations (from duo to big band and classical to jazz ).
Frank Herrgott is a French composer and pianist based in Bangkok, Thailand. His style is a highly personal alchemy of various musical genres that have influenced his artistic development: the harmonic richness of classical music, the sophisticated rhythms of jazz.

Japanese bassist, Nobu Shiraishi’s world with great musicians playing his compositions, arrangement of standards and Japanese folksong.

Japanese double bassist, Nobu Shiraishi’s premier performance in Singapore as his group with great musicians, pianist Aya Sekine from Detroit, saxophonist Johan Liedberg, vocalist Midori Shiraishi playing his compositions, arrangement of jazz standards and Japanese folksong.

Born in Japan in 1983, Nobu Shiraishi started in piano at the age of three, composition at 16 and double bass at 20 in a jazz club. Not just a double bassist, he also performs on the piano and composes songs with influences from jazz, improvisation, pops, folksongs, rock, Butoh and his experiences of three years living in Belgium. In 2023, Nobu performed at the Detroit Jazz Festival with Osaka-based band, Khamsin and released an original album with the group in 2024.

Trumpet Z and the Boogie is a 4 piece band performing live rap and R&B covers. We add some spice to our show with some original raps put to funk beats you love along with prominent trumpet features throughout the sets. Formed in July 2017, we have been highly sought after in venues throughout Singapore and held a nearly 3-year residency in the city’s hottest night spot, Lulu’s Lounge. Pianist Arnold Pontoh bring his latest Quartet to the Jazz Loft for a night o musical revelry.

Pianist, composer, and educator Arnold Pontoh has nurtured personal and introspective style of jazz composition and performance over many years in his native city Jakarta. Fueled by some formative educational experience in New York City he is coming to a new level of maturity and expression now as a resident of Singapore

Here he presents the latest iteration of his Singapore based Quartet in an investigation of recent composition and arrengment of both the classics and some lesser-known gems
