Yeah, another 5-star review!

Getting testimonies should not be taken for granted.
I am acutely aware that I have already been paid.

So what makes my clients to write a testimony willingly, is how we interact sincerely with them.

To me, I fully appreciate that writing a Will is an important milestone in their lives, and hence, I put in effort to:
- being accurate and professional are just the fundamentals
- I go beyond by providing little touches such as placing the original Will in an envelope with their names printed outside, and give them a folder with a Will Cover letter that covers the essentials of will writing such as when they should review the Will, where they should keep the Will and how their Will can be made invalid.
- I go through the process meticulously so that they feel a sense of achievement, then I hand over the Will with both hands and congratulate them for achieving this milestone.
Most important of all, I do this with genuine sincerity.

That, I think, is what makes my clients bothered to pen a few words for me.

写遗嘱是一个重要的里程碑。
所以每个来写遗嘱的顾客，我都会给予其“仪式感”

这“仪式感”包括：
- 把遗嘱正本放在信封里，外面打印了日期和名字。
- 再把一份遗嘱副本放在我们特别印制的文件夹。
- 然后有另一份清单，让我逐一的解释如何收藏遗嘱正本，如何整理一份资产清单，再什么情况下遗嘱会没效，还有再什么情况下需要更改遗嘱。
- 完事后，必须双手把文件夹交给顾客，再握手恭喜顾客完成了这么重要的里程碑！

写遗嘱不是单单一个交易，所以我真诚的对待每个顾客，也特别感激肯为我写见证的顾客。

I received a 4-star Review and I am happy!

Though I get mostly 5-stars reviews, there is this rare 4-star review that popped up.
Perhaps the author is a 74 years old lady who didn't realized she clicked 4 star (read the review, it's still positive), but I take it positively to mean that I still have room for improvement!
I will reach out to the client to find out is there anything else that I can do better.

But the most important thing that the 4-star review shows is - it's real and authentic. No manipulation here.
You see, I will send the same request to all my request to write a review after they come to write their Will.
Not all will accede to my request.
So I am always grateful to those who bothered to do so.
And Google Reviews can't be manipulated - the person has to log in to post the review.
But there will always be naysayers, so having a 4-star review is proof that I didn't engage any "click-farm".
